AI between order intake and service.

We bring AI into the processes around your machines: orders, quotes, spare parts and service knowledge, connected to your ERP.

Three meshing spur gears in champagne metal, getting smaller toward the right, on a black granite surface plate with a scale without numerals, above a travertine plinth; an olive shoot with one silicon leaf grows from the hub of the large gear, with moss, gray-green lichen and olive branches with green olives between the gears, and a braided cable plugged into a socket in the plate

The gap

The knowledge is there. It's stuck in inboxes and in people's heads.

Orders arrive as PDFs by email, quotes are built from old quotes, and service knowledge sits with a few experienced people. That's where most of the manual work happens, and that's where AI helps fastest.

Two tasks where AI helps right away.

Task 01 · Sales and inside sales

Orders and quotes into the system faster

Emails, PDFs and inquiries become drafts in your ERP; your inside sales team reviews and approves them.

Goal: less retyping, faster order confirmation.

Task 02 · Service

Service knowledge for everyone

Manuals, tickets and experience become searchable, and answers come with a source.

Goal: shorter searches, less dependence on individuals.

From email to order: sealed envelopes stand in a travertine letter block, and a braided cable leads to an aluminum clipboard with blank order sheets, topped by a turned stainless-steel flange; in front, moss, lichen and an olive branch with green olives grow from the joint in the stone

Order agent

How a draft sales order comes together.

An order arrives by email. The agent reads it, matches customer and items against Microsoft Business Central and creates a draft sales order. It flags any unclear line items.

Your inside sales team sees the draft, corrects it if needed and approves it. Only then is it posted.

The draft comes from the agent. The approval comes from your team.
